The anthology was officially released at the 13th World Horror Convention in Kansas City, MO, April 17-20, 2003.

The hardcover edition will feature a full cloth binding, full-cover dust jacket by award-winning dark fantasy artist Brom, and illustrated end sheets by Kansas City artist Allison Stein. This limited edition hardcover will also be signed by all participants - the authors, the editor, and the artists - a total of 17 signatures!
